Qatar-based National Industrial Gas Plants has awarded a new cylinder-filling plant contract to iGas, in turn utilising the very latest in Hale Hamilton’s valve technology.
Hale Hamilton has been chosen by iGas to assist in the delivery of the turnkey solution for the major compressed gas cylinder-filling project, by utilising its tried and tested valve technology.
The iGas contract includes the full engineering, design, install and commissioning of the system, to automatically fill industrial gases in pallets and bundles to settled pressures up to 300 BarG, with pure gases like argon, nitrogen and oxygen.
The systems include the latest iGas generation technology, ‘iVolve10’, to productively fill cylinders. This latest G3 system incorporates over a year’s worth of development to enable iGas to offer more flexible, packaged (Plug & Play) systems at significantly lower capital costs.
