Herose GmbH expects its operations to continue without significant restrictions amid the coronavirus crisis, its Managing Director said in a statement.
Dirk Zschalich said it is important to keep the German company’s customers informed about the current situation at Herose.
“First of all, the good news: currently we can assume that despite the precautions taken, our operations will continue without significant restrictions,” Zschalich’s statement said.
“This means that our supply chain is not affected by any implications, either on the supplier side or on the customer side.”
“Naturally, the health and well-being of our employees and business partners is our top priority. Therefore, we have decided to take measures in dealing with our external partners.”
“We at Herose believe that in this time it is particularly important to show partnership and cooperation in order to survive this pandemic together.”
“If you have any questions, please get in touch with the contact persons you know at any time.”
Herose has currently decided to take the following measures in dealing with its external partners:
- For the time being, it will dispense with internal and external presence meetings, which are not absolutely necessary
- Herose’s outside sales team will contact customers in the coming weeks via digital media such as Skype and telephone conferences
- In the case of mandatory visits to Herose’s premises, the company asks customers to limit the number of participants to a minimum and to coordinate this with your Herose contact persons in advance.
