Amsterdam joins Rotterdam and Waalwijk as locations of LNG filling stations in Holland – created as part of the collaboration between Shell and Chart Ferox.
This latest station provides 70m3 of LNG storage capacity and is equipped with the latest in LNG dispenser design, pump and offload skids, and control and safety systems.
Global fuel giant Shell and Chart Ferox’s working relationship in the delivery of LNG fuelling networks continues to grow strong with this station opening - which is also the third station this year in Holland from the companies.
Despite the current low oil price LNG remains an economical fuel substitute to diesel and also provides environmental benefits.
