The organisers of IG China 2010 have announced that for the first time in the event’s history, the exhibition will be held in the city of Chengdu, one of the largest ASU bases in China.
The 12th China International Exhibition on Gases Technology, Equipment and Application will be held from 10-12th November 2010 at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Centre, in Sichuan Province.
The event will be staged in co-location with NG China 2010, the second China International Exhibition on Natural Gas, Gas Refuelling Station and Hydrogen Energy Technology, Equipment and Application.
Until now, the number of exhibitors at IG China has reached over 200, with the show space reaching 12,000 m2, and notable exhibitors including BTIC, JINDUN, CIMC, Shenghui, Sichuan Air Separation, Kaifeng Air Separation, Tianjin Hi-Tech, Atlas Copco, Flow Group, Herose, and Spectron among others.
Chosen as the host city, Chengdu is also one of the largest air separation bases in China and one of the largest natural gas production bases & consumers in China. Based on its rich natural gas resources, Chengdu will develop the natural gas vehicle (NGV) industry to apply it into the fields of urban public transportation, taxies and other civil fields.
Concurrently held too, will be the 2010 China Gases Forum and China International Green Vehicles Strategy Partners’ Conference. Representatives from the China Industrial Gases Industry Association (CIGIA), the Asia-Pacific Gases Manufacturers’ Association, the All India Industrial Gases Manufacturers Association (AIIGMA), the International Natural Gases Vehicles Association, and the NGVA are all believed to be providing speeches during the conference.
