The Watch List identifies small and medium distributors who are taking steps to improve operations and grow their businesses through acquisitions, training and development, product line expansion, or other best practices.ILMO was selected based on several recent initiatives including their 2014 onboarding & adoption of Lean Manufacturing & Management principles, endorsement as Atmospheric & Specialty Gases Preferred Provider from Missouri Biotechnology Association , ILMO Specialty Gases’ laboratory receipt of ISO Guide 34 Accreditation, internally launching an Employee Milestone Celebrations program recognizing employee commitment & tenure, several geographic expansions, and more.
