In an increasingly fast-paced digital world, Analox Sensor Technology has launched online live support, giving clients instant responses to queries and questions.
Through its website, www.analox.net, clients can simply click a live support button to be put in touch with Analox’s staff. This will open a ‘live messenger’ service which currently accesses the UK and Worldwide sales team.
The service will shortly be expanded to access other departments within the company.
The launch of online live support is part of Analox’s drive to give its customers immediate access to any information required, minimising the delays caused by operating across time zones, and removing need for international telephone calls. The service is operational between 7.30am and midnight (UK time), a company press release explained.
