Just two days before going to press, sweeping new US tariffs were introduced – only for the highest tariffs to be mostly paused within days, though excluding China. At the time of writing, China has retaliated and neither side is looking likely to budge. And yet by the time this magazine hits your desk, the situation will likely have shifted again.
