Linde China has been officially certified as one of the Top Employers China 2018 by the Top Employers Institute for the fourth consecutive year, building on several notable accolades across the Asia Pacific region this year.
The international research undertaken annually by the Top Employers Institute recognised Linde China as one of the world’s best for providing excellent employee conditions, nurturing and developing talent throughout all levels of the organisation and always striving to continuously optimise employment practices.
Ms Woo Yuen Mei, Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific, Linde, said the global company prides itself on providing best practice employment programs and training opportunities for its employees.
“It is very rewarding for Linde China to be recognised internationally for its high standards and exceptional offerings for employees,” said Ms Woo. “The research process undertaken by the Top Employers Institute was rigorous, with all responses independently verified to maintain the strong credibility of the certification.”
Building on this success, Linde Korea was also certified as one of the Top Employers Korea 2018 for a third consecutive year. While Linde Thailand and Linde Philippines were recognised this year for demonstrating strong leadership in labour standards and graduate training.
Ms Woo added, “For five consecutive years, Linde Thailand has been awarded best employer in implementing Thai labour standards, which earned them a special recognition by the Prime Minister of Thailand. While Linde Philippines received an award from the Lyceum of the Philippines University for its strong support of on-the-job training for students studying at university.”
