Linde Gas LLC have announced that it will build, own and operate an on site air separation plant at the new SeverCorr steel mini-mill in Lowndes County, US.
From this facility, Linde will supply 550 tons per day of gaseous oxygen plus gaseous nitrogen, argon and compressed air via pipeline to SeverCorr\\$quot;s automotive quality steel operations. The scheduled start-up for the Linde facility is May 2007.

Linde Gas has long-served the steel industry in the United States. This latest contract represents Linde\\$quot;s third on-site supply arrangement with a domestic steel producer.
