Linde North America has named Warren Arenz as head of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ), with the appointment effective immediately.
Arenz will be responsible for improving safety performance within Linde North America and for continuing Linde’s certification under the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care® program.
Based at the company’s North American headquarters in Murray Hill, New Jersey, Arenz originally joined Linde in 2001 as a plant manager in Dallas, Texas and has since then held various positions of increasing responsibility, including regional operations manager for the packaged gas business.
Pat Murphy, President of Linde North America, said, “Our SHEQ programs are designed to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, neighbours and partners. Warren’s experience and leadership qualities will help Linde accomplish these goals.”
