Linde has been recognised by Bloomberg and Forbes for its leadership in diversity and inclusion.

The industrial gas giant was listed on both the 2020 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) and the Forbes 2020 list of The Best Employers for Diversity.

“Inclusion is a core value at Line, and we are proud to be recognised for our transparency and inclusive talent practices,” said Vanessa Abrahams-John, Chief Diversity Officer for Linde.

“Being included in these two notable lists underscores our commitment to creating equal opportunities in the workplace and ensuring that Linde continues to attract and retain the diverse talent necessary to meet our customers’ needs.”

Bloomberg’s GEI tracks the financial performance of public companies committed to supporting gender equality through policy development, representation and transparency.

Forbes partners with market research firm Statista to highlight America’s top 500 employers for diversity, based on an online survey of more than 60,000 Americans.
