On 16th-18th March 2016, Moscow will be the venue for the 3rd Annual LNG Congress Russia 2016.

Within the framework of the congress, project operators will share key information on the implementation and construction stages of large, medium and small plants producing LNG.

An exhibition will also take place during the event, which is annually attended by more than 250 Russian and foreign companies.

The LNG industry in Russia is developing very fast, with a large LNG plant – Sakhalin-2 – already in full operation. Moreover, the negotiations for the construction of other plants are in their active phase.

Yamal LNG is already under construction, while there are active negotiations and work underway on the implementation of the Pechora LNG, Arctic LNG-2, Baltic LNG, and Far East LNG projects. The small-scale LNG market is also actively developing, used for the gasification of product in remote regions, with projects on the use of LNG as natural gas motor fuel under active development.

The events of the congress will also be attended by the heads of several Russian regions, ministers and heads of agencies alike.
