Mark Lostak, Deputy Vice-President Group R&D at Air Liquide

Mark Lostak is the Deputy Vice-President of Group R&D at Air Liquide. He has been in this position since November 2013 and is based in Paris, France. Lostak leads the global development programmes for the group and also has responsibility for R&D’s information technology and intellectual property activities.

Lostak has been with Air Liquide for over 28 years, beginning his career in the US. Prior to his role in R&D, he was president of Air Liquide Industrial US LP, the US bulk and onsite business. He has also held leadership positions as general manager of Air Liquide Austria and Central Europe, vice-president of supply chain in the US, and various other roles in both the US and Europe.

Lostak hold a BS in chemical engineering, from the University of Colorado, and a Master’s in business administration from the University of Denver.
