MATHESON is the largest subsidiary of Taiyo Nippon Sanso, company Chairman, Bill Kroll, commented, “Operating under the name Matheson Tri-Gas made sense for us in the 90’s and early 2000’s. At that time, we were the combination of two companies, one named Matheson and the other named Tri-Gas. In the six years since 2004, we have added seven more companies to our proud family. He continued, “We are not simply the combination of acquisitions. We are a unified entity with many locations. We are one company; and we should be known by one brand name.”
