Messer Americas is set to unveil new freezing and chilling solutions at the upcoming 2022 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) as it looks to help food producers meet production goals.
At the Las Vegas-based event, Messer will showcase its Wave Impingement Freezer that can increase frozen food production by up to 50%. To do this, the innovation combines nitrogen impingement freezing with an adjustable wave-action to improve product quality.
Spiral Freezers will also be showcased by the industrial gas firm at the event, an innovation that processes a variety of food products, such as whole pizza, gourmet snacks, and burritos, to boost productivity.
