Messer’s new Wave Impingement Freezer, which combines the efficiency of nitrogen impingement freezing with a wave-action, will be showcased at the upcoming Seafood Expo North America in Boston.

Set to make a splash at the event, Messer hopes to showcase how its technology can provide seafood processors production increases of up to 20-50% and improved quality for individually quick frozen foods.

At the three-day event, Messer will also highlight the capabilities of its Spiral and Modular Tunnel freezers that can provide flexibility and boost productivity on existing lines.

Seafood Expo will be held between 13th-15th March and will showcase technologies that can reduce labour, improve the security of cryogen supply and boost productivity.
