Tom Carey, President of the Distribution and Storage Group for Chart, Inc., presented the President of DSI, Mr Sasayama, with a special liquid cylinder that Chart produced to commemorate this mutual achievement (pictured).
Since the two companies established a relationship in 1989, Chart and DSI have sold 50,000 cryogenic liquid cylinders in Japan, ranging from 50-450 litres in capacity and in oxygen, argon, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide service.
The companies have collaborated to introduce patented cylinder technology from the US, while incorporating unique thermal performance and plumbing components required by Japanese users.
