Norris Cylinder has announced changes to its sales organization, naming Michael J. Rollins as its new Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

Rollins’ appointment is part of a larger sales restructuring by Norris which also sees George Stevens promoted to Customer Service Manager and Regional Sales (South), with customer service teams in both Huntsville, AL, and Longview, TX, reporting directly.

Victor Palzes will also takes responsibility as National Sales Manager in the Western region, overseeing buying groups and designated key accounts. Ronnie Thompson, (Southwest and Northwest Sales Manager), Al Stark, (Midwest Sales Manager), and Mark Naglee (Northeast Sales Manager) will continue to oversee all sales in their respective territories.

Uniquely Positioned

Rollins joined Norris Cylinder in 2012 as Director of International Business Development, and previously worked as Director of International Sales and Marketing for Worthington Cylinders in Austria, Czech Republic, and Portugal. From 2005 to 2011 he worked for Taylor Wharton Germany and Slovakia as Sales and Marketing Director, Europe, responsible for all commercial activities throughout the EU, CEE, and Russia. In 2011, while working for TW International, he was repatriated back to the USA as Western Region Director of Sales/Marketing, to assume additional responsibility for North and South America.
