Praxair today announced the introduction of its newest tunnel freezing system, the Praxair ColdFront™ Cryo-Saver Tunnel Freezer.
The freezer system is being introduced to the seafood industry at Seafood Processing North America, booth 1465. The exposition is being held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center from March 16th to 18th 2014.
The Praxair ColdFront Cryo-Saver Tunnel Freezer employs patent-pending technology to allow processors to lower and better control production costs by freezing more economically in the same footprint as a traditional cryogenic tunnel system. Praxair’s new tunnel freezer system can deliver up to 15% savings depending on the operating parameters. The Cryo-Saver Tunnel Freezer is designed to meet new USDA sanitation standards for thorough clean-up.
