Global Gases Zhongshan, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dubai-based Global Gases Group FZCO, is pleased to announce the opening of its new industrial gases fill plant located in Cuiheng Industrial Park in Zhongshan.
The 10,000 square meter facility is Global Gases’ third gas production facility in China, the others being located in Nanjing and Changsha.
The Zhongshan facility will focus its efforts on supplying helium and other industrial gases to diving contractors, MRI installations, research & development institutes, chemical and pharmaceutical companies located in the Pearl River Delta area of Guangdong Province. Eventually, Global Gases intends to develop the capability to also supply specialty gas markets from the Zhongshan facility.
Including the new facility in Zhongshan, the Global Gases Group now has a business presence in 21 countries, including eleven helium transfill facilities. Global Gases continues to expand its network and has plans to complete two additional helium transfills during 2014, including a new facility in Malta which will have its opening ceremony on April 14th.
