Bobby was employed by Praxair/Linde as the Global Helium Operations Manager for over 35 years and had over 40 years in the helium business.

Based out of Linde’s facility in Ulysses, Kansas, for most of his career, Bobby was highly respected in the industry and was called upon by many in the helium world for support, knowledge and troubleshooting skills, making direct and concrete contributions across the globe.

With his deep helium operational and production knowhow, Bobby supported the US Bureau of Land Management’s facility in Amarillo, Texas, where his guidance enhanced the reliability and performance of the complex operation.

Linde Global Helium said, “In Bobby’s most recent global role, he supported Linde’s helium operations in Australia and Algeria, sharing his knowledge and operational best practices with the outmost commitment and unconditional will to help others achieve their goals. Besides the love of his family, helium was his life. Bobby touched many people’s lives, and we are all better for having known him. Rest in peace Mr. Helium; you will be missed.”
