OxyGo, the parent company of SuperFlash, has acquired LIFE® Corporation, a manufacturer of medical devices that specialises in portable emergency oxygen and CPR administration equipment.
Founded in 1985, LIFE specialises in automated external defibrillators (AED) companions to provide supplemental oxygen to a breathing victim before the onset fibrillation, oxygen enriched CPR to a non-breathing victim, or continued supplemental oxygen after successful defibrillation.
The acquisition of LIFT fits into OxyGo’s strategy to offer high quality and market leading service to compressed gas users and the home healthcare market. By purchasing LIFE, OxyGo can expand its oxygen expertise even further, providing the best possible product and service.
