Following a year of preparation, Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd. has become an ISO 9001 accredited organisation.
Robin MacGeachy, Managing Director of Peak, said, “ISO 9001 certification demonstrates Peak Scientific’s commitment to delivering a consistent and measurable level of quality service to all clients.”
He continued, “Our quality management system provides assurance to our clients that we will continue to provide service and support that are second to none and reinforce Peak Scientific’s position as a market leader for gas generation products.”
ISO 9001 accreditation is awarded by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), a globally recognised authority.
The Geneva-based worldwide federation of national standard bodies offer awards for services which meet stringent international guidelines. In particular, it provides guidance for documentation, procedures and operations. The aim of which is to ensure customer satisfaction and applicable regulatory requirements.
