Malaysian oil and gas company Petronas is working towards developing a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) prototype for coronavirus (Covid-19) patients.
Petronas said its upcoming CPAP prototype is originally developed by its partner, the Mercedes-AMG team, and University College London, and will help to lessen the dependency on ventilators.

The UCL-Ventura breathing aid helps Covid-19 patients with lung infections to breathe more easily, when an oxygen mask alone is insufficient.
It took fewer than 100 hours to produce the first device.
