Praxair has joined the recently launched 2018 sector-neutral Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), recognising the company’s transparency and strong diversity and inclusion practices.
The GEI measures gender equality across a variety of factors, including company statistics, employee policies, and community support and engagement. The 2018 index is made up of 104 companies, from a variety of sectors, located in 24 countries. The index, provides investors with information on gender equality that is critical to the financial and operating success of businesses globally.
