In a bid to be closer to its core customer base in the States, gas control equipment manufacturer Rotarex is moving its North American headquarters.
The North American unit will relocate into more efficient production and warehousing facilities from Mount Pleasant in Pennsylvania to Hackettstown in New Jersey. The move is also part of a plan to improve its customer service channels by moving closer to its chief client base.
The relocation, which will add approximately 20 jobs to the Hackettstown area, will commence this month with a scheduled completion date of early December.
“The address changes – but the service only gets better”
Robert Griffin, General Manager, Rotarex North America
The division’s newly appointed General Manager Robert Griffin emphasised, “This relocation is part of a move to improve our North American service levels by being closer to several of our key partners and the major distribution hubs.”
“The address changes – but the service only gets better. And we are micro-managing every detail to ensure no service interruption during the transition,” he added.
Griffin was appointed to the role last week and will be responsible for expanding the business in both North America and Mexico.
