Union Engineering has launched a new service programme at the BRAU BEVIALE beverage event in Nuremberg, Germany, aptly titled the Serious Service programme.

The concept consists of five unique programmes, designed to improve CO2 plant performance. Improved availability, lower maintenance and utility cost, as well as better product quality and strong operator skills are some of the benefits obtained by implementing Serious Service.

CSO Michael Mortensen explained, “All CO2 plants need service and maintenance. At Union Engineering, we are dedicated to producing the most reliable CO2 plants, so that our customers can make the most of their investment. To help them to take correct measures at the right time, we have established a flexible range of service solutions designed to keep their CO2 plant performing at its best during the whole plant lifecycle.”

“Running a CO2 plant efficiently and archiving high on-stream rate is critical to all CO2 plant owners. At the same time, a CO2 plant is a complex process which requires expert knowledge to maintain and optimise.”

“Forced stoppages are inconvenient and often lead to capital losses,” Mortensen continues, “Improving the performance of a CO2 plant needs expert knowledge and who better than the people who design and build your plant can help you with this?”

Brau Beviale is the self-styled ‘exhibition with a shot of emotion for the European beverage industry’ and the approx. 1,400 exhibitors present trends and new products for the production and marketing of beer and non-alcoholic drinks. The event attracts interest from more than 34,000 trade visitors.
