Increased demand for medical gases during the current pandemic, in particular oxygen, has led gas analyst specialist Servomex to increase production of its SERVOPRO MultiExact 4100 analyser.

The MultiExact 4100 provides essential oxygen purity measurements through its reliable Paramagnetic sensing technology, making it an essential analyser for the medical sector during this time.

It can measure up to four gas streams simultaneously, supporting faster productivity in the manufacture of medical air and oxygen.

Each analyser is configured for medical gas purity monitoring, and offers medical gas producers validation of oxygen, nitrogen and air quality and gas analysis for cylinder bottling/filling plants.

The MultiExact 4100 can be fitted with a wide range of sensing technologies including Paramagnetic, Zirconia, Gas Filter Correlation Infrared (GFx), single-beam Infrared (SBSW) and Aluminum Oxide.

These proven, digital sensors not only provide highly accurate measurements and operational flexibility in a range of applications. The non-depleting, high-stability sensing technologies help extend maintenance intervals which is crucial while operating in critical sectors, while intelligent functionality such as independent auto-calibration helps to deliver operational efficiencies over a long product life.

The MultiExact 4100 is backward-compatible with existing installations, providing trusted gas analysis while offering the advanced digital communications that many modern systems require.

Mike Proctor, Business Unit Director (Purity & Specialty), Servomex, said, “In these unprecedented times it is important that we all do what we can to support our medical sector.”

“We have been able to increase production of the MultiExact 4100, which is critical in medical gas purity monitoring.”

“Our considerable experience in this field, combined with our proven technology and systems, means that we have been able to increase production to support the frontline.”
