Gas analysis company Servomex has unveiled its latest innovation for the industrial gas market, the SERVOPRO MultiExact 4200.
Launched today (9th March), the new analyser provides high-specification multi-gas analysis of flammable gas samples and trace contaminants in applications such as HyCO, syngas, hydrogen production, and gas transfer applications.
The SERVOPRO MultiExact 4200 utilises paramagnetic, infrared and gas filter correlation sensing technologies, measuring up to four gas streams simultaneously, with percentage measurements for oxygen, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide.
According to a statement, the analyser can also be configured to measure percentage methane and ppm-level carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and nitrogenous oxide.
Commenting on the new product launch, Rhys Jenkins, IP&E Spectroscopic Product Manager, said, “The MultiExact 4200 is the latest generation of our 4200 series of gas analysers, which have reliably served industry for more than 20 years.”
“The analysers measures percent-level carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and oxygen, making it ideal for processes where you need reliability and performance.”
Supporting easy use, the MultiExact 4200 has a built-in LCD screen offering intuitive control, and provides alarm, fault, and calibration logs.
An automatic calibration option reduces ongoing operational requirements. Other benefits include minimal maintenance requirements with a low cost of ownership.
