Harsco GasServ have announced that its Sherwood division has been named by two European based companies to supply several thousands of Sherwood’s new Global Valves.
Global Valves, part of the GV-Series are used in high pressure industrial gas applications. The purchase orders include Global Valves for oxygen, inert, carbon dioxide and helium gas services.
All GV-Series valves are manufactured on Sherwood’s new automated production line at the company’s Niagara Falls, New York facility in the U.S.
Commenting on the European sale, Bud Allen, Sherwood’s National Accounts Manager said,“The extensive global code compliance of our GV-Series valves make them a perfect fit for inter-country transportation of compressed cylinder gases in the European marketplace. Our ‘every country, every customer, every code,’ Global Valve paradigm certainly contributed to our successful acquisition of these orders.”
