Air Liquide to invest $270m in new ASUs
Air Liquide will invest more than $270m in two new large air separation units (ASUs) in Louisiana, increasing its supply capacity by more than 25%.
The investment comes as part of a new agreement the French corporation announced today with Methanex Corporation.
Air Liquide will supply oxygen, nitrogen and utilities to Methanex’s upcoming methanol plant expansion project in Geismar.
