Air Water America, a subsidiary of Air Water, has acquired Arizona-based gas and welding products distributor Phoenix Welding Supply.
Founded in 1953, Phoenix Welding Supply serves the beverage, industrial, and manufacturing industries. The company’s headquarters and primary filling plant are in Phoenix, with eight additional locations in wider Arizona.
Michael Dye, former CEO and owner of Phoenix Welding Supply, said he is excited to become part of Air Water America and continue its legacy in the industrial gas market.
