Airgas announces quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share of common stock.
Yesterday, the Board of Directors at Airgas announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock.
Airgas, which supplies international markets, declared that the sum will be payable on 30 June 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on 15 June 2010.
