Responsive Respiratory has launched a free oxygen app for mobile devices. The new application dubbed, O2 to Go! Cylinder Duration Calculator, operates across both Android and iPhone platforms.
The creators behind this nifty technological solution describe it as, “a handy tool for technicians, therapists and even patients to use and address the common patient question: ‘how long will my cylinder last?’ “
The mobile app promises to simplify oxygen use by displaying the estimated cylinder duration in hours and minutes at designated litre flow settings, while it also offers a multitude of configurations of litre, cylinder type and device.
In an increasingly mobile-reliant industry, it is key that software providers offer innovative solutions to age-old questions within the industrial gases sector.
