Atlas Copco has acquired Eugen Theis, a Germany-based distributor of vacuum equipment and service solutions.
Formalising the acquisition today (19th Oct), Atlas Copco said the purchased business will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
Based in Wether, Germany, Eugen Theis has four employees.
On the acquisition, Geert Follens, Business Area President Vacuum Technique, said, “This acquisition will expand our presence in Germany with industrial vacuum products and services.”
