Atlas Copco acquires National Tank & Equipment in Texas
US specialty rental company National Tank & Equipment (NTE) has been acquired by Atlas Copco Group, a global compressed air and vacuum solutions specialist.
NTE’s rental services and wider offerings include the design of fluid-transfer solutions, including pumps and accessories, fluid storage solutions including tanks, containers, and ancillary equipment, and basic water filtration.
The company is based in Houston, Texas, and has around 310 employees, who will now join the Atlas Copco Group.
NTE will become part of Atlas Copco’s specialty rental division within the Power Technique business area.
