Atlas Copco to acquire HHV Pumps
Atlas Copco is set to acquire HHV Pumps, an Indian designer and manufacturer of vacuum pumps and systems.
Based in Bengaluru, HHV Pumps currently has 151 employees and serves a wide range of industries including chemical and pharmaceutical, electric power and more.
Geert Follens, Business Area President Vacuum Technique, said, “India is an important market for us and a fast-growing economy.
“HHV Pumps has a strong reputation and through this acquisition we will strengthen our market presence as well as give us capabilities for local manufacturing.”
