Canada-based gas exploration company Avanti Helium has appointed Genga Nadaraju to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Nadaraju joined Avanti Helium in 2021 as Vice-President of Subsurface. She holds 30 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, including business development, asset exploration, strategic planning, and investor relations.
Her technical expertise spans both the conventional and unconventional oil and gas plays in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. As a development geologist, she worked on various plays, and drilled several hundred conventional and unconventional oil and gas wells in Alberta and British Columbia.
Chris Bakker, CEO of Avanti Helium, said he is pleased Nadaraju accepted the offer to join the Avanti board. He added, “We have worked together in various capacities for nearly two decades and I have the highest regard for her professionalism and integrity.”
