BayoTech joins European Biogas Association


On-site hydrogen generation company BayoTech has joined the European Biogas Association (EBA), a European association in the field of biogas and biomethane production.

Founded in February 2009, EBA has created a network of established national organisations, scientific institutes and companies committed to the deployment of biomethane and other renewable gases across Europe. 

EBA advocates for their recognition as sustainable, on demand and flexible energy sources that provide multiple knock-on socio-economic and environmental benefits. 

Commenting on BayoTech’s new membership in the association, Harmen Dekker, President of the EBA, said, “BayoTech technologies are based on the production of hydrogen through biogas and the integration of these two renewable gases with their respective advantages in one production chain can help us to significantly reduce GHG emissions in multiple sectors.”
