Medical device manufacturer Bedfont® Scientific Limited has been named as a runner up for Exporter of the Year in its first-ever national business awards.
The second generation family company was named as a finalist for the Exporter of the Year accolade and although they did not receive the awards this year, the judges highly commended Bedfont for being a British family manufacturer and for how their trade missions were working alongside smaller companies overseas and focusing on difficult markets such as Asia.
