BOC is helping to breathe more life into Western Australia’s iconic Swan River, through a state of the art oxygenation plant at Caversham.
The plant follows the success of the same BOC‐designed Turbolox oxygenation technology activated at Guildford in January 2009, which was a world‐first application for an estuary environment.
BOC said the two plants would complement each other in contributing to the maintenance of healthy oxygen levels upstream in the Swan River.
BOC Managing Director South Pacific, Colin Isaac, said the announcement of the start of civil works on the Caversham plant was another significant milestone for the company.
