The results are in from our recent survey, which asked BCGA members about the future of the organisation, about Brexit and, of course, the impact of coronavirus.
We were delighted with the response rate and welcomed feedback from members, which highlighted that 86% felt BCGA was meeting their needs and the association’s strengths lay in its technical expertise. Overall, our membership satisfaction is in fact good, with the majority of services ranked 7/10 or more.
The feedback from our members is invaluable to us as an organisation. The BCGA is currently reviewing its strategy and priorities for the mid-long-term and this information is crucial in shaping the future direction of the association.
