Chart Industries will supply an integrated liquid hydrogen storage and fuel delivery system for a green hydrogen long-duration energy storage system (BH-ESS) that will make up what is believed to be the US’ largest utility-scale green hydrogen project.
To be deployed in Calistoga, California, the system is comprised of liquid hydrogen bulk storage tanks and vaporisation equipment used to store liquid hydrogen on-site and feed to the fuel cells in the H-ESS to power the city.
