Packaged gas distribution platform Meritus Gas Partners has entered into a partnership with Texas-based Airco Gases Southwest.
Founded in 2020 with the acquisition of Welders Warehouse and Allied Welding Supply, Airco today stands as a well-established independent distributor serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan region.
Marvin Rodgers, III, founder of Airco, said the company was formed to acquire high-performing industrial gas businesses principally operating in North Texas.
He continued, “We targeted owners who wished to co-invest and remain engaged in their businesses to perpetuate the customer-centric values so core to their operations.”
