Desert Mountain Energy starts up helium processing plant

Desert Mountain Energy has successfully powered up its McCauley helium processing plant in Arizona.

The helium exploration and production company powered the facility with compressed natural gas (CNG) generators to complete high-pressure testing.

Desert Mountain Energy will soon transition the facility to run on solar energy. This will happen once the supporting battery storage units have been delivered.

Robert Rohfling, CEO of Desert Mountain Energy, said he is pleased with the performance and on-site fabrication services that the installation crew carried out.
