DNV signs three-year contracts to advance major UK CCS projects


DNV Inspection, a specialised division within assurance and risk management firm DNV, will support two of the UK’s first carbon capture and storage projects after securing separate three-year contracts.

As part of the agreement, DNV Inspection will deliver site inspection, quality assurance and quality control services for Net Zero Teesside Power (NZT Power) and the Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP), both based in the North East of England.

“These contracts reflect the trust that major industry players are placing in DNV to help future-proof the infrastructure underpinning net-zero,” said Mohamed Houari, Global Managing Director of DNV Inspection.
