Dominion Technology Gases becomes become part of NIPPON GASES Europe
Dominion Technology Gases has been acquired by Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC) and will form part of the new NIPPON GASES Europe.
As part of the Linde-Praxair mega-merger, Japan’s TNSC will acquire the majority of Praxair’s European business assets.
Nippon Gases Europe will retain the assets, the organisation, employees and management of the Scotland-based company, which specialises in diving gases.
Dominion, which was part of the European industrial gas business of the US-based Praxair Inc., supplies diving, welding, industrial, laboratory and calibration gases and associated equipment to the offshore oil and gas industry.
