Air Liquide has been awarded the esteemed Trophée du Capital Humain: “Sharing of Knowledge” for its world class human resources policies.
The prestigious accolade was awarded to French industrial gas success, Air Liquide, just yesterday. Created in 2009 by daily newspaper Le Monde and recruitment company, Michael Page, the Trophée celebrates global human resources policies.
Air Liquide was one of six companies to receive the Trophée and was exclusively given the Sharing of Knowledge award for its implementation of the ‘Technical Career Ladder’. Air Liquide’s Technical Career Ladder promotes a sharing of expertise, knowledge and technical excellence. The TCL was implemented 10 years ago as a way to recognise, motivate and develop technical expertise and in doing so, provide the Group with a competitive edge. The TCL enjoys high patronage among the firm, with 1,500 employees from 50 nationalities forming part of the TCL.
