Global Thermostat receives recognition

US-based direct air capture company Global Thermostat has been awarded a silver designation on the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School’s third annual Most Fundable Companies® List.

Presented annually, the Most Fundable Companies initiative is designed to educate founders on the investor diligence process and recognise exceptional entrepreneurs who are solving problems with inventive solutions.

Global Thermostat competed against more than 4,500 start-ups, spanning across all states.

“Since starting Global Thermostat in 2010, our mission has always been to reverse climate change with our breakthrough CO2 removal technology,” said Graciela Chichilnisky, Co-Founder and CEO of Global Thermostat.

“Today, with our business partners, we are focused on transforming the world’s economy so that it is powered by clean energy, providing commercial uses for CO2 removed from the atmosphere and millions of green-economy jobs.”
