As part of a recent contract, GRASYS has supplied two nitrogen stations for OJSC HK SDS-Ugol, with the nitrogen produced to be used for the prevention of endogenous fires on two mines run by the company.
The capacity of each nitrogen station supplied is 1000 cubic meters of 97% nitrogen per hour. The supplied nitrogen stations operate on the basis of the up-to-date membrane technology of air separation.
The key assembly units of the supplied GRASYS nitrogen stations are the compressor unit, air treatment unit, gas separation unit and the control system.
Due to the use of advanced design developments, the nitrogen stations are both compact and highly efficient, as well as reliable and simple in maintenance and operation. The stations operating temperature range is -50°С to +50°С.
